While Grandma Jan was here we had other fun, too! Too bad it has taken us almost a month to get this blog up-t0-date.
We went downtown for First Fridays, despite the drizzle.
Fun with an unnecessary umbrella.
Hot dogs and "Thai" noodles...
A kid a bit older than me was selling a comic book that he wrote himself, so Grandma helped me read it. The highlight of the evening was a visit to a church that was having a come-and-go pipe organ recital inside, and a fire-pit outside for s'mores.
We also went to Kercher's pumpkin patch and got some big old pumpkins!
Two of the ones we chose topped out the scale they were using, meaning that they weighed more than 30 pounds!
It's always fun to make imaginary cities and other games with Grandma.
