Picking up the Iowa Boys

While we had some "quiet time" in Indiana, the older boys were having a great time in Iowa.

Catching toads,

fireflies,

exploring,

and some other cool farm stuff!

We headed out to get them, and the van was very quiet without the older boys. Bo-ring!

Fun to introduce the little one to the little friends. While we were there a salamander from the basement joined the menagerie.


Becca loved all creepy crawlies as a child--Tucker was not so sure.


Grandpa planted a forest the year that Theo was born, and we got a tour.






We also celebrated Ira's birthday with the Iowa family.
