It was suggested that Mommy and I could make namecards for the Thanksgiving table. So on the day before and that morning, we cooked up a plan that included my cutting strips of paper and taping them into rings, and Mommy's writing the names on "leaves" and fastening it all together with brads. It was a fun project. When the little pumpkins wouldn't stand straight, we decided that a piece of chocolate inside each one would be just the right weight!

Mommy made these extra two for the centerpiece.
Then it was over to the Chupp residence for fun with the family. There was a good amount of rough and tumble with Vince and Tommy...
...as well as dolly play with Morgan and Adrienne.
Chris stayed overnight at our house, and helped out with bedtime on Thanksgiving.
Saturday morning was our Christmas brunch, complete with all the old favorites.
Reading the Christmas story, board book version.
And then on to the presents...One of the highlights was seeing Adam open his Monkey's Mommy. See the "The Monkey Saga" for more details.

The classic "It's Legos!" face.
Monkey's Mommy got a lot of playtime!
Yes, that's a saw...lucky Daddy!
Legos are even more fun with cousins! What a wonderful way to ring in the Christmas season...
